Venith Conway Archer

Venith Conway Archer, born on April 7, 1942, in Cottonwood Point, MO, passed away on February 14, 2025. She spent her final days surrounded by her husband, Finis Archer, and other family members. She was 82 at the time of her passing.

As a devoted homemaker, Venith dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a warm, welcoming environment filled with love and laughter. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, she was passionate about learning and teaching Bible truths. (Matthew 28:19,20) Venith was more than a beloved wife to Finis; she was his partner and confidant. Together they built a life rich in love and shared memories. In addition to her husband, her legacy continues through her daughters, Sherri Sanchez (Bob) and Dana Graham (Dan); along with seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren all of who made her the proud, doting grandma that she was. She was a loving sister to Donald Conway, Demetra Conway, and Beverly Waldrop.

Additionally, she leaves behind two loving and caring stepdaughters, Teresa Soriano (Kevin) and Donna Gant (Patrick). Her family was her pride and joy, and she found immense happiness in their accomplishments and growth.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Roxie Conway, and her beloved son Aaron Joe-Wayne Christy who passed away in 2016. Venith firmly believed in the Bible’s resurrection promise and in being reunited with her loved ones. (John 5:28,29; Isaiah 26:19). Venith will be fondly remembered for her happy nature, kind heart, and love for singing and dancing. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A memorial service will be held via Zoom on Saturday, March 1st at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating Venith’s remarkable life.
