Shirley Faye Moore was born in Hayti, MO on January 9, 1943. She passed away on February 14, 2025, at her home in Hayti. She was 82 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Amos and Pearl Keith, son: Troy Moore, one grandson: Nathan Moore, and 4 siblings: Betty Shannon, Pat Lenox, Connie Singleton, and Don Keith.

Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. She attended church at the Calvery Baptist Church in Hayti. Shirley loved watching Nascar races. She was a big Dale Earnhart fan. She also enjoyed audio books and gardening, she had a green thumb and could grow anything. Shirley also loved spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves the following behind to cherish her memory, her daughter: Tonya (Terry) Welch of Hayti, MO, one grandchild, Cody Sherwood of Hayti, MO, 2 great grandchildren: Brayden and Brantly Moore of Cooter, MO, one brother, Mike (Norma) Keith of Richland, MO, very special niece, Mary Shannon of Hayti, MO and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services were held Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti, MO. with Brother Doug Wahls officiating. Burial will be held in Dry Bayou Cemetery in Hayti, MO.
