Caruthersville police intensify efforts against crime, executing multiple arrests and warrants. Recent actions include seizing drugs, capturing wanted individuals, and addressing offenses like theft and driving violations.

December 16 - At 2:33 p.m., officers took a report of a vehicle break-in in the 400 Block of Ward Avenue. Stolen from the vehicle was a semi automatic pistol. Officers are investigating this incident.

December 16 - At 9:20 p.m., officers located a female walking in the area of 4th Street and Grand. Officers knew the woman was wanted by the Hayti Police Department for a theft investigation. She was taken into custody and during a search of her person suspected methamphetamine was located. She was held at the Justice Center.

December 17 - At 12:03 a.m. ,officers were called to the area of 8th Street and Laurant in reference to a subject yelling. Officers located a man lying in the roadway. During the investigation, officers were granted consent to search the man and located suspected methamphetamine. He was held at the Justice Center.

December 17 - At 2:22 a.m., officers located Brittany Broussard in the area of Henrietta and Washington Ave. She was placed under arrest on an active warrant for failure to appear on a vicious animal charge and was held at the Justice Center.

December 17 - At 1:50 a.m., officers located a man in the 100 Block of West 13th. Suspected methamphetamine was located on his person and he was taken to the Justice Center.

December 18 - At 12:45 a.m., officers located Shane Mansfield in the 800 Block of Grand Ave. He was placed under arrest for an active Steele warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and held at the Justice Center.

On December 20, 2024, at approximately 12:31 AM, Caruthersville Police arrested 19-year-old Danesha Webster on an active Caruthersville municipal warrant. The warrant, which was for the original charge of Driving While Suspended/Revoked, carried a cash-only bond of $529.00. Webster was transported to the Police Department, where she posted bond and was released. On December 20, 2024, at approximately 10:00 AM, Caruthersville Police arrested 40-year-old Angelica McMillen on an active Caruthersville municipal warrant. The warrant, which was for the original charge of Trespassing, carried a cash-only bond of $170.00. McMillen was booked into the Pemiscot County Justice Center. On December 20, 2024, at approximately 10:58 AM, Caruthersville Police arrested 61-year-old Michael Littrell on an active Hayti municipal warrant. The warrant was for the original charge of No Insurance and carried a cash-only bond of $29.50. Littrell was booked into the Pemiscot County Justice Center. On December 20, 2024, at approximately 10:58 AM, Caruthersville Police arrested 54-year-old Stacy Littrell on active Hayti and Caruthersville municipal warrants. The Hayti warrant was for the original charge of Trespassing and carried a cash-only bond of $90.00, while the Caruthersville warrant was for the original charge of Resisting Arrest and carried a cash-only bond of $360.00. Littrell was booked into the Pemiscot County Justice Center. On December 20, 2024, at approximately 4:05 PM, Caruthersville Police arrested 38-year-old Justin Bullington on an active Caruthersville municipal warrant. The warrant, which was for the original charge of No Operator’s License, carried a cash-only bond of $230.00. Bullington was booked into the Pemiscot County Justice Center. On December 20, 2024, at approximately 11:07 PM, Caruthersville Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign. While speaking with the 30-year-old male driver, it became apparent he was intoxicated. The driver was arrested and transported to the Police Department, where he provided a breath sample of 0.128 on the breathalyzer. The male was issued municipal citations for Fail to Stop at a Stop Sign and DWI - Alcohol with a court date of January 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM and released. On December 21, 2024, at approximately 11:22 AM, Caruthersville Police arrested 42-year-old Jennifer Gunnels on an active Caruthersville municipal warrant. The warrant, which was for the original charge of No Insurance, carried a cash-only bond of $305.00. Gunnels was transported to the Police Department, where she posted bond and was released.
